Privacy version 2026-06-30-v1
Privacy in plain language.
PainLora collects concrete descriptions of business problems so they can be moderated, anonymized or pseudonymized, clustered, and used to publish aggregate insight. Company name is not required. Email is optional.
Controller and contact
The site operator can be reached at [email protected]. Legal controller identity, company ID, and postal address will be added when the operating entity is finalized.
What we collect
- Structured problem fields and free-text descriptions you submit.
- Optional contact email and contact consent.
- Daily salted IP hash, cookie identifiers, and hashed user agent for abuse prevention.
- Moderation metadata and aggregate scoring outputs.
Why we collect it
- To identify repeated business pains and market gaps.
- To moderate submissions and prevent spam.
- To create public aggregate insights without exposing raw sensitive submissions.
- To contact you only if you provided email and consent.
Legal basis and retention
Problem submissions are processed for legitimate interest in research and product discovery, with consent/acknowledgement for aggregate analysis. Contact email is processed based on your consent and can be deleted separately.
Cookies and IP hashes
We use cookies to limit duplicate submissions/votes and to measure safe referral flows. We store daily salted IP hashes rather than raw IP addresses in submission records.
Your rights
You can request access, correction, deletion of contact data, objection to processing, or deletion where legally applicable. If a submission has already become aggregate anonymized insight, the aggregate may be retained without identifying you.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect submissions. Please do not include passwords, secrets, customer personal data, or confidential documents in your submission.
